Keeping fit, strong and active is important no matter how old we are. As we age though it becomes even more important to stay on top of things and prioritise things like strength training to stay healthy.

Did you know that as we age, we lose muscle mass (after 30, you can lose as much as 3 to 5 per cent a decade), bone density and due to this we can lose balance, flexibility and overall health.

This is why we’ve created a plan tailored to those over 50 in the gym. Using science based studies we will give you the right amount of volume, intensity and exercises, while also assessing things that can counteract any deterioration (as mentioned above) in order to stay fit, strong and healthy over 50.
