  • Customizing rest time feature doesn’t work ★★★★
    The customizing rest time feature during workouts in the app doesn’t work. I am currently doing a hiit circuit plan and the rest times between exercises are 30 seconds, which is too long as I want to keep my HR up. I tried adjusting the rest period to 15 seconds and it didn’t work, it still defaulted to 30 seconds. I then tried turning the rest time OFF and it also didn’t work, still defaulted to 30 seconds. And there is no option during circuits to skip the rest time similar to how you can skip the rest time during a regular workout with sets. Other than that I LOVE this app and it’s kept me sane and organized both in the gym and outside of the gym. Worth the $$ and such a better deal than purchasing some plan off some IG fitness influencer.

    I’ve been using this app for a little over 2 years because there’s no better app. It gives me confidence and direction in the gym and even now when we don’t have access to the gym. I love the alternate moves, the videos, the rep tracking, the variety of apps and the customization of the workouts. This app is keeping me fit and fine in my forties!     I participated in competitive sports all through grade school and college. After graduating, I was completely lost in the gym since all my workouts had always been organized for me. I am athletic and fit but I suddenly felt like I had no idea what I was doing. I tried running, group fitness, CrossFit and finally landed on this app. I love that the plans are catered towards a real goal as opposed to just daily workouts. Too soon to see any actual results but I’m excited to find out. The only reason I knocked down a star is the lack of guidance on warm up. So many people (myself included) don’t warm up properly which really increases risk of injury when you are working with weights. Would be great to add a short suggested warm up in each of the plans.

    So far Im sticking with this AMAZING APP!! I always do annual payment just to see how the app fits with my crazy annual life and I have been liking this one. I just wish they add the following: Warmup Cool downs/stretching Crazy crossfit moves (pistol squats, handstands, etc) Specifying lifting tempo and weights (heavy, light, etc)
