This plan is the go to plan for those kind of emergencies. Training 6 times per week for 4 weeks. We'll focus on burning as much fat as possible, boost metabolism and reveal a more tone to your muscles.

This plan includes cardio as well as circuit training and free-weights.

It's never too late, just get ready to work!
